SPEED
Four speeds in the menu, from CALM to FURIOUS. A faster speed starts you at a higher level, where a calm player only arrives after ninety rows, and then counts every point for more on top of that, up to double.
Rows pay by your level, so this stacks: your first row is worth 100 on CALM and 2,000 on FURIOUS. You get a third of a second to think, so it is a real trade, not a free ride.
Pick your speed on the who is playing card, before the first piece falls. That card also has a settings button, so you can reach everything without starting a game first.
You can still change it from the menu once you are playing. It lands right away on a fresh board, and otherwise waits for your next game, so nobody stacks up on CALM and cashes out on FURIOUS.
POINTS
1 row100, times your level
2 rows300, times your level
3 rows500, times your level
4 rows800, times your level
Dropping2 a row for a slam, 1 a row for a nudge down
THE RULES
Fill a row all the way across and it bursts.
Every 10 rows you clear is a new level, and everything falls faster.
A piece that lands stays soft for a moment. You can still slide it or turn it before it sets.
It ends when a new piece has nowhere to go.
Switching player ends the run you are in. It is saved and sent to the board first, so nothing you played is lost.
Your best run under your name goes on the board everyone shares. Your name is how you are found again, so use the same one on any phone.
While you play, the top line names whoever is directly above you and what it costs to pass them, and it says so when you do.
